YOUR HOST

Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, where I’ve been working with kids and families for over 10 years. I’ve worked in a variety of places, from schools to the foster care system, to preschools and currently at an outpatient clinic. I am just about to graduate from the Napa Infant Parent Mental Health Fellowship Program, which is where I’ve learned much of what I’ll share with you. I am mom to two kids, and auntie to several more. I love all things Disney, I love sleep, and I could eat a whole bag of chips in one sitting if you left me to it.
